Under the guidance of Richard Root, G.M. Root celebrated many prosperous years and has the company well positioned for many more years of success. He operated the company with the philosophy of providing an excellent product, at a competitive price, with timely delivery. His unique blend of engineering aptitude and an ability to problem solve, has lead to many great advances in vent plug powder metal technology. He continues his work today with the company, in the development of strategy for the future.
